Sindh Provincial Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon has got a big relief from the Sindh High Court.

According to the details, the provincial minister Sharjeel Memon has got a big relief from the court in the Sindh High Court against PPP leader Sharjeel Memon and others in the corruption case of crores of rupees.

The Sindh High Court while accepting the revision petition of Sharjeel Memon has ordered the removal of the name of Sindh Provincial Minister Sharjeel Memon from the permanent ECL.

A two-member bench headed by Justice KK Agha delivered the verdict on the petition.

Raj Ali Wahid Advocate says Sindh High Court ordered Sharjeel Memon’s name to be included in ECL while granting bail, Sharjeel Memon has to seek permission repeatedly to leave the country.

The lawyer said that Sharjeel Memon is appearing regularly in the trial court. requested the court to order the permanent removal of Sharjeel Memon’s name from the ECL.

NAB and federal government counsel also supported permanent removal of Sharjeel Memon’s name from ECL.

After hearing the arguments of the parties, the court accepted the reconsideration plea of ​​Sharjeel Memon.
