Four out of eight petrol pumps of Begumganj tehsil closed
Begumganj. Out of the 8 petrol pumps in the tehsil, 4 are closed for the last 5 days due to non-availability of diesel-petrol at the petrol pumps. Available on remaining 5, so they are giving in less quantity. Pump operators say that the draft has been deposited for the last one week to order diesel and petrol tankers in the petroleum depot, but the tankers are not being sent by the company. Petrol pumps where diesel and petrol are available in less quantity are giving less quantity to the consumers so that everyone gets it. No one should be disappointed, while in panic, consumers are trying to fill the tanks of their two wheelers and four wheelers. Dr. Jitendra Singh Tomar, the operator of M/s Tomar Petroleum, located at Hapsili joint, told that he has deposited a draft of Rs 20 lakh in the petroleum depot a week ago, but till now his petrol pump has not arrived since the last 5 days. is closed. There is no satisfactory reply from the sales manager and even now he has stopped picking up the phone. No one is ready to tell the reason for the crisis of petroleum products. Farmers say that the time has come to sow their crops and diesel is not available. Similarly, out of 3 petrol pumps of Sultanganj, only one petrol pump is being supplied with less quantity of diesel and petrol, while two petrol pumps are closed for the last 4 days.
