An encounter broke out between ULFA and security forces in Assam’s Tinsukia district today in which one militant was killed. SP Debojit Deori said that we had received information about infiltration of 6 ULFA cadres with ammunition. After this the security forces and police started the operation. One ULFA militant was killed in this encounter.
