The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the Federal Cabinet has approved the import of 130 thousand metric tons of wheat from Russia.
In a meeting of the Economic Coordination Committee of the Cabinet chaired by Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, the ECC approved the import of 130 thousand metric tons of wheat from Russia.
Apart from this, approval was also given to convert CPEC ‘Pakistan Energy Revolving Fund’ into ‘Pakistan Energy Revolving Account’.
According to the ECC statement, the Ministry of Food Security presented the summary of the award of the wheat tender opened on November 30. The ECC also approved the lowest bid of M/s Cereal Crop Trading.
